help

this past saturday i messing with my intake. i pulled the 2 screws that hold the wirin' harness to the mass air flow sensor out. then i couldn't pull the harness out so i put the screws back in a now my car wont start.i'm i the only dumbass that has done this? but umm can any one help me?

Some of the connections on the AFM (air flow meter) are probably broken.

You can cut open the plastic lid on top of it and see if you can fix it. If not you'll have to buy a new AFM.

By the way you don't need to remove the 2 screws to unplug the harness. The harness just unplugs. And its a AFM (air flow meter) not a MAF (mass air flow).

lol the EXACT same thing happened to me so you're not the only one. try unscrewing again and then re-connecting it and push it in firmly (but of course not too hard). then try starting the car up. oh yeah make sure there is no dirt on the pins. if the car still won't start try what 88 LE mentioned.
