Hey guys I need some suggestions on this. I've checked my power steering fluid and it's already pass the "MIN" mark which is getting pretty low. Now where can I find this fluid (CANTIRE?) and do I just open the cap & refill it?

Sorry this might sound stupid but it's my first time doing it.

Make sure you DON'T use ordinary universal power steering fluid. Toyota power steering systems use Dexron II or better ATF fluid. Yup...ATF fluid...don't ask why hehe. There are hot and cold markings on the bottle. Make sure you fill it to the appropriate line depending on if the engine is hot or cold. Make sure you don't overfill it.

Also, if you notice that you are losing p/s fluid and are constantly having to fill it up every so often, you have a leak in the system. For some 94-96 Camry V6 models...the power steering racks like to leak overtime. The only fix for that is a whole rack replacement. A rebuilt rack is $500 USD. Labor is another couple hundred. I've had to replace mine on my Avalon at 78,000 miles.

Yep, make sure you buy according to the specs in your owners manual.
