what I want to get myself is KYB GR2' cuz I have sealed struts so I have to change the whole assembly (people say they're kinda' soft compared to Tokicos ) and what I've been advised is a Tokicos . As for the springs part I'd reccomend HR for a medium drop of 1.25'' and good quality . For a close to stock look and good handling go with Eibach. If u want a lower drop u can go with Intrax ~ 2" (some love them, some say it's not good quality )
There's lots of other brands but these are the most used setups among us ! Hope I was helpful .

I have Eibach Pro-Kit Springs and KYB-GR2 struts all around. Not much of a drop (1.75 inches), but you can feel the difference in handling. The ride is also very good. I have had this set-up since last summer and I have recommended it to all my friends with Gen. 3 Camrys.

Sprint Springs on KYB GR-2 Struts, here.

The ride height is a little high in the front but it kinda prevents scrapage. lol.

Yeah, but you will cause your struts to wear out faster.

I wouldn't do that for a couple of reasons.

1. You will blow out your shocks faster (like sean stated)
2. You will HAVE TO spend the extra money on labor to put after market struts on your car rather doing it all at once saving yourself some money.
3. Sprint springs are bouncy as they are... imagine if you have blown struts and those springs. It's gonna look like you're gonna bounce your way off the planet.

Well, anything you do, do what you feel is best. I would wait and get the struts along with the springs... just my professional opinion.
