don't tell me you were seriously thinking about it......
if anything, just go 3sgte.....as there's a discussion going on....if you've got a 4, then do a swap....if you've already got a 6, then just build on top of it.....sound advice....

I think it's probably better to start with a v6 rather than an i4 before you do any mods. Simply because the v6 starts out more powerful and therefore can be builded up to still be more powerful. Like, a v6 with a turbo would still have a good ammount more hps than a i4 with a turbo.
Of course, I have no experience with this and it is just theoretical. It would probably would have been worth it in the long run to have spent a couple thousand or hundred more and gotten a v6. Even if that means you would had to trade your car in and not have a car for a little while. But for you, I guess it might be too late since you have a body kit and other mods.

most likely im going to get a new engine just a regular 14. Since I'm building out the internals like forged rods and piston I might as well drop a 32 head. I think If go for custome turbo manifold will cost me more than just getting custom rods.

i looked into doing a V6 swap, i was told you would need a new computer and have to respring the car just for starters. I think a better mod if you had the money would be buying an engine from these guys www.paeco.com They do an i4 engine for toyota's which produces 220hp at a cost of about $5000, this would probably work out cheaper than a V6 swap and less hassle too, This is what i plan on doing when i have the cash available.

that'd probably just be a built up 5fe engine.....if your engine's in decent shape, you could probably just replace most of your internals for quite a bit less than that price....seriously....just find a good mechanic....
