I'm just curious, how old are most Camry owners? I don't see that many young folks driving them around here in Northern Virginia, most of them are either 40+ or women in their 30s. Many years ago I was really into drag racing, and frequent 1/4 miles tracks almost every weekend, bought a brand new Camaro Z28 back in 1999 and had it for about 4 years, spent lots of money to mod the LS1...bottle-fed 150 shots(dry), cam, heads, custom exhaust, 9 bolts rear end, and the whole nine yards, my Z28 was VERY loud...neighbor can hear me couple blocks away. After I sold the Z28 in 2003, especially in recent years, my interest seems to lean strongly toward ride comfort and quiteness and such. Once awhile I still kinda missed the neck-snapping, gut-crunching torque and horsepower that I was once familiar with though...
This is not an actual representation of the age of overall Camry owners/drivers though. This data is skewed towards the lower end becuase it is mostly younger people who visit boards like this. Yes, there are a few older members on these forums but you do not find many of them which yields an inaccurate representation of the age of buyers/owners.
^ so true. not many older individuals are tech savvy or really see a benifit to forums as they dont do much work themselves or try to troubleshoot themselves or really show off their cars online. So there will definately be a ton more teen to 20's individuals than 30+ individuals.
My age is 52, which on this board is probably an anomaly that will skew the results of your poll. We drive a 2005 Camry LE (mostly driven by the wife) and a 1997 Nissan Maxima (mostly driven by me). I love the wife, the Camry and the Maxima -- life is goooood!
17 with 97 Camry V6. Parents got it before and gave it to me now. Great car for learning little things about cars. Except I hate this cashmere beige color on it.

By the way, I'm 31 and married, only one kid.
28 here. your z28 sounded pretty cool, too bad you sold it. im attempting to do the best of both worlds. sports car in the garage for the weekends, and a comfy and quiet car for commuting during the week. truth be told, i would love to be rolling in a new avalon instead of my camry, but hey, money is a little tight being married with 1.5 kids (.5 being on kid on the way). plus i love my camry.
