Tomato sauce spilt in my trunk, HOW DO I GET THE SMELL OUT!?!?!?

Well i was on my was to Staten Island for sundaynight football at a friends house and i has transporting some sauce in my trunk. It somehow tipped over and spilt all over my trunk. Now it smells reali bad. How do i get the smell out of my matt and trunk?
