Interior trim removal... AAAHHHHHH

On my gen2 I'm planning to paint the trim panel around the radio / HVAC controls, the door handle bezels, black trim around the cruise control switch and panel dimmer, and the black trim around the gauges and the black strip that runs the length of the dash. However, I'm having issues with certain pieces... I tried searching TN for similar posts, I tried my Chilton manual (sucks), and I've no clue what to do... How do the A/C vents come out of the dash? Everything else I think I can figure out but those vents are drivin' me nuts! Now that I think of it, a little help on the little panels around the panel dimmer switch and the cruise control switch would also be much appreciated. If these pieces are difficult to remove without breaking anything, let me know that too. Thanks

Im young but experienced

Yo, listen i have done this twice sorto of, the problem is it was on two different cars not mentioning names [civic & saturn] but we had to remove the vents from the back of the dash. this causing us to take most if not the whole dash off it takes time and patience. we went to our local audio tuner shop and they helped out with the whole instruction parts, but don't let them touch it or they make u pay way to much.
