Not at all, it's really easy. The simple way to do it is just mount the fogs ground them both on the vehicle. Run a power wire from the battery to a switch (fused of course) and from the switch to the foglights. That the easy way, or if you'r concened about leaving on your foglights you could use a relay so that when you turn off the vehiclke the fogs also turn off.
