new buyer

So I am looking for a first car and came across a 1995 camry with the 2.2 4 banger. I'd like the 6, but I guess a 4 will do. My friend has a 98 with the 2.2 and it seems to have a decent amount of power. I am also looking at a durango with the 4.7. I am looking for a vehicle to get to school and back and to go random places with friends. I also need a decent amount of cargo space to haul my R/C airplanes. I think the camry fits this positin best.

I was just wondering what the specs are for these cars.

mpg?
horsepower?

for both the 6 and 4.

Thanks!

i can only weigh in for the 4 banger.

i drive mostly highway, but i average 27-32 mpg.
horsepower is a tire-burning (about) 130, but its enough to get the car moving. hey, its good gas mileage and easy to work on!

v6 - 188-192hp w/ 204ft/lbs of torque

and mileage? I drive with a pretty heavy foot and cruise at about 140-150kph and I can get a mixed intown/highway of 500km on a 60L tank.

if I do mostly highway, I can get 600km
