How do you do it? I think my engine needs a good cleaning soon, due to my parents always running the cheapest (and lowest-quality) gas they could find anywhere. Usually that's ARCO.
And when I ask "How do I do it," I really mean "how do I do it." All my experience is with 1960's carbureted Volkswagens where I'd just remove the air cleaner and pour the stuff straight down the carb, I'm totally at a loss on all this new electronic FI stuff. The car is a 2002 Corolla, btw. I assume pouring a whole can of the stuff into the gas tank and nowhere else isn't going to accomplish much.

Mobil 5000 is just regular dino oil
Mobil 7500 is a synthetic blend with maybe 20-25% synthetic
i know, i used the synthetic Mobil 1. It's that advanced SuperSyn with the gold cap. supposed to guarantee 15K miles but i guess they didn't explain how good your car would be running.

Remember to change your filer every 5000-7500 miles & top up. That's about as long as they can stand it.
12,000 miles is pretty much what m1 5w-30 synthetic should last before the UAO's have started tanking & it's time to change it in your average toy v6. Be sure to do a good oil flush before hand. That helps greatly.
