help car won't start

hey guys i need help for my dad truck cuz he used my car to go buy something and i dont trust him of drivin my car last time he went only 10 minz came back my front kit's gone. hahaha i really need to fix it for him

like this when i put the key in to switch it wont turn we donno whats wrong with it, radio got no light but when i turn headlight on is working
do u think starter fuse is dead?
or ignite switch broken?
