Speaker Question - 02 Camry XLE.

I have the JBL audio in my 2002 Camry XLE.

I have a pair of pioneer 3 way 6*8 speakers with me. (Pioneer TS-A6870R, 2 to 50 watts rms, 220 Watts peak, 90 DB)

I was thininking of changing the front door speak with these and remove the JBL speakers.

Any opinions on if the sound will be better?

May not be a good idea. I believe that the stock speakers for the JBL system are 2 ohms and most after market speakers are 4 ohms. It will redce power output by about half.

BTW, the speakers in your door are 6x9s.
