4th Generation Paint Code: Help me decipher my VIN

Hello, I need to identify my paint code... is it in the VIN?

Other than the first letter indicating that it was built in Japan, I don't know what the rest of it means.

Let's say my VIN is: (I've changed the numerical value of the last two numbers)

JT2BG28K5Y0515623

Can you break it down for me? I am sure this is probably posted somewhere, so feel free to respond with a link. I did not find it in the Camry FAQ.

you cannot find the paint code from vin. The place you need to look is the sticker by your driver door pillar, also contains the tire pressure etc.

Sticker was removed (car was in an accident earlier in its life and repainted the factory color).
So if it is not there, can the dealer look up the VIN and tell me what it would be?
