wheel shaking

when i was driving down the freeway yesterday, after i had put on a spare tire on my 1992 toyota camry le, i began to have a very bad shaking in my car. it got so bad that i could barely control the car on the regular street. the steering wheel was shaking very badly. i checked the spare tire and everything was put on the way it needed to be and nothing was visibly wrong. Anyone know what could be wrong, and is it an easy fix?

You might have done something to warp you rotors. Is this during braking or just regular driving?

If there was no shaking before you put on the spare tire, the spare tire could be out of balance or the wheel on that spare could be bent.
