You need to specify whether you are looking for front or rear disc pads. That said, just call up or go to a Toyota dealer's parts department. They will give you the part number, if you ask them. You can also use aftermarket pads. I also have a 94 Camry XLE 4 cylinder with 4 wheel discs. The brakes were upgraded to 4 wheel discs when you opted for antilock brakes on a 94 4 cylinder. It is my guess that the technology didn't exist back then to do ABS with rear drums, but that's only a guess. You can use aftermarket pads on your car too. I have Raybestos full ceramic pads in the front of my car with a set of some generic semimetallic pads in the rear. YMMV.

Do you have an Autozone in your area? They have a lifetime warranty on their ceramic brake pads (about $30). When they wear out, take them back and they will give you another set for free. You can see how much they cost at www.autozone.com. I bought some Raybestos Ceramics for about $34 at www.rockauto.com, but I wished I would have bought the Duralast ones at Autzone. I also bought Raybestos front rotors, rear drums, and rear pads for about $172 shipped at rockauto. Here's a 5% coupon for rockauto if you choose that route.
