Question Head Gasket Gone?

Hi Guys, I wonder if someone knows the answer to this riddle?

1. '96 3S-FE with 240th Km uses water but none in the engine oil - also radiator is OK
2. Water reservoir keeps getting "rust" lining despite coolant in use
3. Spark plugs are swimming in oil

Is there possibly a leak beteen the head and the exhaust manifold?
Do I need to replace the head gasket?

The water could be going out the exhaust pipe as steam. Is the water pump or hose leaking? You might do some tests such as compression or leak down. Drain a little coolant out of the radiator and see what the cooling tubes look like. Is the coolant old? Sometimes the interior of the coolant overflow hose breaks down and leaves a blackish material. Do a TN history search as the subject of blown head gaskets and how to diagnosis them has come up many times.

3rd Generation

The oil on the top of the plugs is most likely from the valve cover tube seals.
