What service did you have at 90,000 miles?

2000 camry xle v6 with 89,600 miles. Just had my brakes worked on and the car is running great. The timing belt has never been changed so that's a gimme. I know the dealership will "reccomend" a crapload of work, so I'm wondering what you guys reccomend. Also, how important is it to go to a Toyota dealership vs. a local mechanic. Thanks for heloing out a noob.

Yes, timing belt change is a must; also if you can afford it, do the water pump, and the idlers. Also i would do a tranny flush, and the coolant too.
Another good thing to do is suck out the brake and power steering reservoirs and refill with new. i do this two or three times a year and helps refresh the fluid additives and get some of the dirt out.
One thing that Toyota advises to do, but is often overlooked, is to go over the car with a wrench set and tighten all the nuts and bolts you can find - sway bar mounts, tranny mounts, strut bolts, etc.

Cool

Search, the 90,000m v6 interval has been done to death. Toyota's website, your owners manual, and the provided factory service manual on several internet forums cover the service interval in depth. Idler pulleys wait until the 270,000 mile service interval before being required to be changed. They are inspect every timing belt interval units.
