Sparkplug wires (no not what's the best performance...)

Today was a nice day so I decided to clean the throttle body and check the levels of the fluids and what not. I then pull each wire for each spark plug to see if there is anything out of ordinary 3 of them were covered in light rust and one was covered in oil.

Since I don't have the necessary tools to work on the plugs themselves (i.e. changing them), I let my uncle do it for me. Now I want to learn to do it on my own since I can't even trust my own family to help me out.

So if anyone else knows if this is a problem or not, please give me a few pointers.
