the sway bar is in the front and rear of the car. Helps to tie the bottom of the sturts together so that you dont have as much body flex.

dude, i think i am next in line to get a rear swaybar for my gen3 cam, i've been waiting over a year to get one at a good price, but i don't want to buy a new one cause of my cheapness
