Well I just installed a CAI from the 98-2001 Accord EX. I used like half of the stock pipping and the second part of the AEM intake. It seems to fit great. It leads to the little air duct in the front bumper by the radiator. It is colder than the spot where the short ram was, and I didn't have much of a choice anyways. I have one question though. It is not nearly as loud as my short ram and I want it a little bit louder. Any suggestions? Or can I not do anything about it?

In takes aren't supposed to be loud... they make a little more noise. If you want noise, get an exhaust.

How much did the accord one cost?

Well my cousin owns a 2000 Accord EX and his lease went up. So he took everything off his car, and i received his AEM cold air intake for $50 bucks. I still need to cut it a little shorter so it fits better. But right now it's holding its own. Wish it was louder though. It works wonder. I feed it a lot more than the short ram i was using.
