Toyota Camry I4 &E 2007 with Vehicle Stability Control In New York

Hi,

I am being told different things by different dealers.

SOme tell me Toyota ships V4 Camry 07 LE with VS Package (Stability Control). SOme tell me that they dont ship it in this region.

I am in NY.

Anyone buy a V4 Toyota Camry 07 LE with Stability COntrol in NY NJ CT?

I went back to the dealer.... He says they NOW do... in their revised shipping schedule.

Thats what i was told .. that VS is an available option in NY NJ CT for I4 LE 07 Camry Automatic...

Some dealers still refuse though..

SO im not sure who is lying and who is not...

UPDATE:

I have been told by more dealers that they NOW ship Camry 2007 LE I4 with vehicle Stability installed in NY.

The dealers will not have the car on the lot but they expect them to arrive next month.

the car you are asking for is a unicorn, mainly special order car.. they can order it for you but toyota dosen't typically make it.

no reason for it anyway you can drive through a blizzard with the 4cyl fine with no VSC, you dont have the torque of the V6, you still have ABS which is what you need for stopping vsc just avoids wheel spin ect...

but if you want it just order it, or get them to add it to a car in allocated (but not built) status..

and i doubt any "dealer" is lying to you, why would they tell you that you CANT get the car you want if you CAN? ... they are tying TO sell you a car.

even if they don't if you just place an order it will take about a month and a half... its a common allocation request. Just be patient.

u don't even need stability control in an I4, my 05 I4 has yet to light em up on a dry rode.

It is still considered a dealer preference, not part of the common build by Toyota. We have been adding VSC to over 1/2 our Camry's since the new design came out. A few other dealers in our area have started to do the same. In most areas, the inventory managers are afraid to go outside the box.
