Unhappy Problem....

always hear some "click, click, click" sound when i turn my steer wheel.. the left and rite (big turn)mostly happen at low speed like parking, but it make no noise while i m doing a smaller turn on normal driving..... whats wrong with my car...
i m not so sure is that sounds from my spring or other parts....
dam i hope its not something serious....

same thing happened to me...turned out my whole left axle was messed up, but it could just be the cv boot as mentioned above...good luck on that

most likely a CV joint man... what happens often is that the CV boot get torn and the grease comes out and when that happens, damage occurs eventually to the joint, and a "clicking" usually appears when turning (usually right hand turns).

mine used to screech when it was cold out... seems to have "fixed" itself now.

it sounds like the cv but can be the strut boot(i dont know that is what the guy say it was)its the part of the strut that you can see if you open the hood
