Hey I just want to know if KYB are good as tokico because i went to my local import shop and ask what the prices are for the struts and he said $400.00 something for tockicos and $250.00 for KYB struts and just want to know if they are good of course im gonna go with the cheaper price and yeah i know i get what i pay for but he says its just as good as tokico. any info to this would help me out alot.
For your 95, I believe they sealed assemblies. So yes you will have to get full assy. My 92 & 94 were servicable so inserts were installed. Inserts are the cheaper of the two. Always make sure before you buy. Do a search for struts. A nut by the shaft says it's servicable. Good luck

There is only a cost difference. Inserts costs less but requires more work. Full struts costs more but less work is needed. They both have to be removed from vehicle the same way.

Tokicos are worth the extra money, my KYBs have blown out in less than a year with little or no drop. Pay the extra cash and get Tokicos. I can work you a deal, shoot me an email.

i think it was really just your bad luck, man.......a good number of us have kyb struts with drops, and we have no probs even after a good bit of time.....
but I agree that if you got the $$$, get the tokico just cuz they're better

I've been riding with a tokico / eibach, and I must say that if you can afford it, get the tokicos. They perform very nice when I push them without being overly harsh when just cruising around.
I might go with Vogtland/tokico set up...I got sprints on right now and i dont like how the drop is the back is lower than the front why cant they make a decent lowering spring that drops EVEN all around damnnn companys
Yeah I want the drop to be low and even like a one finger gap all around..can you show me a pic of a camry with different springs on if that isnt any problem
