Vibrating

Any suggestion on how to stop my car from vibrating after I hit 60mph. I change my rims to 225/40/18. I got it balance and put hub centric on the rims. I doubt wheel alignment would stop it from vibrating. Please advise.

Or just let a woman drive your car and enjoy the vibration.

Had vibration over 60 mph for a long time with my OEM sheels. Switched to 17x7 wheels with brand new tires. Even worse. Got it rebalanced in the place where I got the tires installed - same thing.

Got it re-balanced in a good shop - almost no vibration. Hate to say it, but I tried about 10 places over the life of my previous tires and only this last one did a good job (my OEM rims were not bent either and had new tires, at least for a while)... Hope you are luckier and find a good place sooner.

Mr. Tire in Arlington, VA (on Wilson blvd). For $15 per tire for ballance only with a road-force machine. They used stick-on weights on the Lexus IS300 rims that I got now on my '00 Camry.

If you bought some really cheap rims, then there's a chance that they may never balance....what brand did you buy?

Try retorqing the lugs... sometimes if they on too tight the car might shimmy... happened to me.
