No SE version in Gen 4's??

i always wondered, why was there no SE version of the Gen 4 Cam's??? only CE, LE, and XLE, correct? anyone know?

Toyota did not produce a SE. Though you could have used TRD parts to make it sportier. They had body kit, suspension, wheels, supercharger, muffler, and short shifter available

Yep.

Only reason I can think of: the Gen 3 SE wasn't built in very high numbers, nor did it have very many features that different from say... and XLE, and Toyota just decided to scrap the SE line. But before the release of the Gen 5, they decided that they'd probably make more sales with a "sportier" version, so they brought it back.
