ok I founds this online about toyota shifters

Here's my recommendation to you if you want to get rid of your current shifter. Try a TWM Performance short shifter. They're not expensive (about $100) and they're similar in design to the '90 Celica GT-S shifter except shorter in throw. TRD USA and TRD Japan make short shifter kits for 90-93 and 94-99 Celicas. The few people who have these kits enjoy them. Experiment with different shifters (like I did). A lot of Toyota shifters are interchangeable. The 92-93 Celica shifters were shorter than the 90-91 Celica shifters. The 00+ Celica shifters fit 90-93 Celicas, and have a shorter throw.

Now I know someone said the 90-91 celica shifter fits our 87-91 camrys, so if a 00+ celica shifter fits 90-93 celicas and 90-91 celicas fit 87-91 camrys, then do 00+ celica shifters fit 87-91 camrys? Also could aftermarket 00+ Celicas shifters fit our 87-91 Camrys? I am posting the site I founsd this on too.
