To Mighty~Mart (mud guards)

I'll just post it here so everyone can see it.

I had to paint and install the mud guards myself, as the dealer would charge up the arse for it.

Paint adhesive with three coats of paint, and two coats of clearcoat. The mudguards look lighter because of the light reflection, and also the paint wasn't a perfect match.
But I guess it's good enough for an amateur job. I post more pictures if there is a demand for it. Dont' want to piss off the dial up people.

paint and clearcoat I got from Autozone. Unfortunately, neither Toyota nor car parts store has the Desert Sand Metallic in a spray can. The only way to get the true color was to have it custom made for decent amount of $$$. So I had to pick the closest color I could find. They are Dupli-Color clearcoat and color spray cans. The other brand cloearcoat sucks. Mine was 'driftwood metallic' but I noticed that it was a tad 'golder' than the body color.

For some reason, Autozone nor Murrays doesn't carry any OEM spray colors for 2000 and up Camrys. The guy checked on the computer and nothing came up.

I guess it does look a tad bit sportier, while it prevents dirt from splatting on the doors. I think it's a good investment.
