Garage door closes on bumper=

Its not *that* bad... but the bad thing is.... to fix it... the entire bumper would need to be repainted. I just wish it would have closed on the front, because the front is like sandpaper due to the fact the camry is a 2000 w/ 81k miles.....

Don't know what i should do.

thanks
Sean

Man, looks like you need a completely new paint job bro. That just doesn't cut it. j/k :p

It's not so bad. I wouldn't fix it if I were you. Of course, I do live in San Francisco where parking's quite hectic and the drivers are forcing their way into the tighest spots.

Didn't notice the Gen4.5's had a chrome trim around the bumper, or was it aftermarket stuff?

I wouldn't fix it either. Chances are something in it's lifetime will be worse than that on the back bumper and you'll just have wasted money.

yes but this car isnt very old... there is no other significant damage other than 2 tiny dings(no paint damage) and the rock chips in front. This damage on the back bumper just ruins the cars image IMO.

Im gonna see what my friend at toyota can do.

Has to be aftermarket. My 2000 Camry does not have that.

from now on, attache a string to a tenis ball, and hang it from the roof so that it will touch your winshield as soon as your close enough.
