it's might be possible depending on how good your negotiating skills are. i've heard that they are offering a $700 cash rebate on camry's now too. these figures are US dollars also.
i have a 2003 xle and i paid $20000 for it. they also threw in a bunch of little extras like the glass breakage sensor, the floor & trunk mats and the black pearl emblem package.
btw welcome to the nation

Not very likely. 15K out the door would mean a price of 13600. That's practically impossible. However, if you DO find it at that price. I'll take two please

what about 2 at 30g's? My dad was thinking of buying one as well.
the cheapest you can buy a brand new camry with 0 miles would be to buy an ad car advertised for 15,999 plus tax. oh and if your paying cash make sure you have a cashiers check or cash, its kind of hard to buy an ad car because the sales managers will give you a high apr or wont accept a personal check

are you sure? what about dealer holdback and rebates?
You're dreaming, a car with 0 miles and that price. Unless if it is a vehicle that has flood damage or something. And there is no such vehicle as a vehicle that has 0 miles. It must have at least 10 miles on it.
i know there arent any cars with 0 miles on them i was using the term loosely, and yes you can buy one for 15,999 plus tax, i know i used to sell toyotas at moreno valley toyota, once in a while you will see a camry advertised for 15,999 plus tax and that always includes any rebates
dealers don't really like to talk about their hold backs because it is the last bit of profit allowed to them. the best estimate of a car's price is to find the true invoice price not the msrp minus any rebates and incentives minus the dealer hold back and then add 5% and offer that your final offer price. if you are going to purchase two camry's i would say add 2% for each.
and no my car is an i4. i thought there would be a lot more aftermarket mods for my car than there are. i would rather have the extra comfort of the i4 xle than the le v6.
