I can't open a gas door from the inside in my Camry 2003.
When I pull the lever nothing happened.

Wnat should I do?

Try some hot water. Douse it slowly with a bucket of hot water. It should open. You can also try another obvious thing; park the car so that side of the car is facing the sun. It helps a bit. If you have access to electricity or can get the car to some place that has electricity, try a hair dryer.

and check for obvious ice forming over the cover...that's what happened to mine...I had to chip all the ice/snow off first before it would open

LOL but what if the only result is frozen pee on the gas filler door and you have to drive it like that, argg

Im with Mike G, use a hair dryer or a heat gun for about 20 or 30 seconds. The cable housing may have frozen water or moisture inside of of somewhere.
