3rd Gen Camry DX Question

Does the 3rd gen Camry DX have chrome around the door windows ?

I have a SE V6 and I got chrome around the windows but I'm planning to remove all chrome on the car exterior

I already removed the rear window, it was just a chrome sicker.. but for the side windows it's not removable.. I was thinking of painting them in black or putting black vynil over..

But if on the DX model it's not chrome, I'll try to get someone who have a DX model and want chrome around his door windows

Surfing on the www.camryman.org galleries, I found this..

It's a "GT" edition.. and other posts of GT Edition Camry don't seems to have chrome around the windows..

Looks like there is no chrome around the windows..

It's pretty nice.. I WANT THIS !!!!! :P

Well, it shouldn't be too hard to paint something black. Now if you had my color it might be a whole different story.

Yes... "Sport Edition"

With stiffer suspension, leather steering/shift knob/hand brake

And a couple of other things..

There's no GT Camry... he used Celica GT badges and Maxima wheels
I forget who's that is but he's a reg on camryman...

The gen3 DX has chrome trim.

I went to a local car striping place called "Contour Detour" and the guy made me some 3/8" large black vinyl bands express for covering the chrome around the windows.. I started to do it and it's looking nice..

I'll post some pics when it will be finished.
