Please Help To Program keyless entry for 1997 Camry (Australian)

Hi all,
Anyone know how to reprogram Keyless Entry for toyota camry 1997 CSI V6(Australian Model) . My remote is dead and when I asked toyota dealer they asked for $220 for one remote and the reprogramming. I bought the keyless remote, which is the same with what I had, black color and with egg shaped and one button, and it only cost me $10 plus postage on eBay. But I can't really find it anywhere the information on how to reprogram this remote for Australian Camry(mine is CSI). All I found only programming Keyless Entry for American Version Toyota Camry.

Can anyone please give me information on this.

Thanks
Jim

I have a compilation of different remotes for some Camrys. I cannot attach this file here (this site does not allow it)
So I copy and paste from the files directly.

Just one note: you may kill your existing remote!!!

Do it at your own risk!!!

I hope this will help!

So my activation for my 97 Camry LE (the 2 button remote):
1. Put key in and turned it to ON (Not start)
2. (Thankfully the ECU wires were long enough for me to work from my driver seat after removing the fastener that kept the unit on the floor of the car). Took a small screw driver and pressed the green button that is embedded on the side of the ECU unit.
3. Waited until the alarm indicator light (located left of my steering wheel for me) appeared and while the light is steady
4. Press the button you want to assign your car to. And 1-chirp should sound to confirm a successful reprogram.
4a. To unassign a car from a specific button, you can do the same up to step 3, and instead of the indicator light being steady... just hold it a while longer and the indicator light will flash, and just press the button you want to unassign and 2-chirps will sound off to confirm a successful button unassigning.

Here is another one:
PROGRAMMING ADDITIONAL or REPLACEMENT TRANSMITTERS

Each SECURIKEY+ system can be operated by up to four (4) different
SECURIKEY+ transmitters. The system is supplied from the factory with two
(2) transmitters included, and additional transmitters are available through
parts distribution. Any new or replacement transmitters will need to be
programmed to the main control module before they will activate the system.
The SECURIKEY+ main control module uses a six (6) channel radio frequency
receiver; each channel controlling a different function of the SECURIKEY+
system. Each transmitter button can be programmed to only one of the
receiver channels (e.g., the GREEN button cannot be programmed to operate
the headlight feature and remote start option; it can operate only one or
the other feature). The following is a list of each receiver channel, and
the function of each channel.

CHANNEL # FEATURE CONTROLLED BY THIS CHANNEL
1 Lock
2 Unlock
3 Trunk Release (optional kit required; not available on all models)
4 30 second headlight activation (only if required by GREEN button)
5 Remote panic (only if required by GREEN button instead of LOCK
button)
6 Remote start (optional kit required; not available on all models)

To program new or additional transmitters, or when adding options to

Take the screws out of your glovebox and pull it out. The ECU unit is right behind it.

EyeBrows, thanks for the information, I took out the glove box, and find there are 3 component, 1. Small box with word Denso, (it seem like AirCon kind of controller)
2. Computer Integration Box. 3. Engine Control Box.
But from all of 3 none seem like what described as the ECU to control the Alarm and there is no button to push.
Probably you can give me more information for this. Thanks mate
