Can't you go to the DMV and pay pocket change to have them print the history for you? That's what we do here at the MTO (DMV equivalent)...

I'll stop by the St. Cloud DMV tomorrow and see if they can check it, I may have to go to the local courthouse where you register your vehicle, but it may be worth the trip.
