Driveaxle/Hub Nut

Can anyone confirm that this nut is 30MM? It's the large nut in the center of the wheel, surrounded by the lug nuts. If 30MM is not the correct size, please let me know what is. Thanks guys and gals.

Yes 30mm is the correct size for the axle hub nut.

Ummm no it isn't dude. I know for a fact it is 30mm. I am a Toyota techncian and I have never used a 32mm for anything on a Toyota. Toyota only uses bolt size: 8, 10, 12,14,17,19,21,22,24 and 30. The only time they use any bolt head size different is in the internals of there transmissions, rack and pinion assembly and there rear differential.

I guess it might have helped if I had said I have a '92 LE with steel wheels, or at least specified my vehicle more. But if the technician says it's 30mm, I'll have to go with 30mm. By the way, Hotwheelharmer do you think I could remove this nut with a 1/2" breaker bar and an extension pipe of 2-3 ft., or do I need to use an air hammer or something to jolt it loose?

Oldman is right you should easily be able to brake that nut loose. You might have to have someone hold on the brake so the axle doesn't move on you but at work we just use an air impact and we can take them off with the lowest setting and my air impact sucks it only get 300 ft lbs in reverse compared to most that have 650 ft lobs in reverse.
