I havent done a tune-up to my car over a year. What should I change? The whole thing?

All depends on how many miles since the last tune up and what you call a tune up.
Plugs and wires ? Should be okay for many more miles/years.
How about vital fluids ? Any doubt ..do them all

Platinum or types like it can last over 100K. Toyota recommends replacement at 60K for emissions purposes.

As a general rule, you want to change the Air filter and PCV valve every 15k miles, but at your milage you might want to buy a can of carb clean and take off your air intake boot to clean the throttle plate. Do this when the engine is hot, spray the throttle plate open and closed, clean off with a clean rag, put the boot back on and start the car without touching the gas. You will really need to do this if you can feel the gas pedal sticking at first take off from a light as there is lots of carbon build up.
