Electric fans not working!

My electric fans will not come on. They will not run when the A/C is on and will not run when the wire to the relay box is disconnecte. Is there a fusable link somewhere that has blown.

Thanks in advance

Do they run at all, when the car is hot? Is the car overheating. Not enough info but If they come on and shut off, they are probably ok -
If they do not come on at all, get some wire and pop off their fan connectors, and run some wires straight from the battery to the fan to see if you can make them come on at all. It isnt likely that both fans died at once so its probably a coolant switch.
