i have a gen 3 camry with an automatic i was wondering what kind of options i have in the way of power. i was think a 3s-gte swap but with my car being an auto will that be harder? also witch will be more cost effective buliding a 5s-fe or a 3s-gte?
i have a hook up around here for the machining of the block and head what can i do for more bang for the buck?

Anyone here can tell you more bang for the buck is the 3s-gte, hands down. It is fast, with a bunch of aftermarket goodies available to make it go faster. Also, you can swap your tranny at the same time as the engine swap. As for your hook up, use it to build your new engine. The quesion is, whether you have the $$ to make it happen.
