Question What would you do and why? Help please

Would you buy a 1999 Camry LE w/ 144,000 miles for $6000

Or a 1995-96 Camry LE w/ 100,000 miles plus a power sunroof for $5000.

I like both, but that extra grand is rough for me right now.
What would you do?

There's quite a few people who would prefer the Gen3 camrys than the Gen4, so newer might not necessary means it's better.

Just something to think about.

That's a tough call, man. I prefer the Gen 4s, but some prefer the Gen3s. Also, a grand is pretty significant.

However, given the choice I'd probably go with the 95 Camry cause it has a sunroof, has fewer miles, and is a thousand cheaper.

Hey, your location says "IN".. whereabouts in Indiana are you located? I'm in the South Bend/Mishawaka area.

Having owned both Gen3 and 4, I'd say go with the Gen3 - assuming both are in the same relative condition. The fact that it's the 4 banger, makes the choice less complicated without having to struggle with the availability of a supercharger on the V6.

If I were you I'd go with the cheaper one with the sunroof and fewer miles. Nuff said.
