New Window Problem
I have a Toyota Camry 2002,with power windows. Problem is the windows on passenger side and both back windows don't respond to switches, whether from that door or from the driver's arm rest. There is no sound at all. I thought it might be the fuse, but the power lock on passenger side works, and I think one fuse governs both the window and lock. (At any rate I tried a new fuse, just in case. That wasn't the solution.) The window on the driver's door works as it should. Any ideas will be much apreciated.

Yeah pimpin may be right, there is a child proof switch or whatever they call it, for the windows, on the drivers door console thing, make sure it isnt turned on. If you click this thing off and on and the windows still do not work, its a good bet that this switch is disconnected or broken. Hopefully i am not not insulting anyones intelligence with this image that shows you will find it in this general area on your door

you would not beleive how amny people come to toyota and are in the lanes gettint the car ckecked out and ask the writer that the driverside window is only working. i always help outt he writers with diagosis help to get on their good side. and i would say 99 percent of the time 3 window motors dont all stop working at once. but i have seen celica been misdiagnosied and they put in a new motor and it still doesn't work it was just the window lock. that cool thought.

welcomne to tn. feel free to ask ? , this is what it is here for
