Not to be your dad or anything but if you have kids and money is tight, you're better off getting some new tires and keeping your current wheels or at least saving up until you can get a decent set of wheels and tires. And by that, I don't mean paying off your maxed out credit card until you have enough credit for wheels and tires.

Anyhow, what is your budget and what exactly are you asking?
