Engine pulsing?

Today as I was sitting in a drive thru my car did the strangest thing. Out of nowhere my engine idle started to feel very lopey, I'd feel a pulse about 3-4 times a second and this hasn't abated since. It's there all the way through the rev range, it'll also hesitate etc...
Also, my oil leak was worse then I thought because in the last 3500 miles I've lost a quart of oil, I noticed this today and added another quart but the weird pulses from the engine are still there.
any ideas? 92 v6 camry

quart of oil in 3500 km's isn't that bad, you're due for an oil change anyways

try some of that engine stop leak, did the trick for my similar leak

my car does also hesitate and pulsate, but only when i'm below 1/2 tank of gas, and when i've got the pedal down, diagnosis is fuel pump, but i stripped the fittings trying to get it off so i'm wating till it dies completely
