3rd Generation Has anyone here replaced their brake pipes (brake lines)??

I need to replace the rear brake pipes on my 95 Gen3 to pass my MOT. I was told by the mechanic that he found it hard to reach the pipes to replace and to have the work done it would cost £200+ ($400+)

Its the offside rear and rear brake pipes if i remember correctly.

Seems alot of money since the pipes themselves are so cheap.

Try to find a garage with lower hourly shop rates. Some of the lines can be hard to reach (on all cars) where they route around or over the gas tank, but that quote a too high. Period.
