Ratko: Blinker question

Quote:

What I want is EITHER:

1) ALL 3 bulbs to be on when the parking light is on. And for them ALL to blink when the turn signal is on.

2) ALL 3 bulbs to be on when the parking light is on. And for the turn signal bulbs to blink independantly of the three bulbs.

3) ONLY the turn signal bulb becomes the parking light, and the 2 parking lights act as one uniform turn signal.

How would I do any of these?
You'd have to change the bulb socket on the blinkers to accept a dual filament bulb (1157) and rewire some stuff.

What I did on my friends gen 3 was rewire the parking lights to act as a blinker, but it still functions as a parking light.

Quote:
What confuses me is that I dont know how the cars electrical system alternates the power to the blinker - alternating power or ground?
Its alternating +12V. It does this with a electrical blinker. What its doing is turning the +12V on and off.

Quote:
Im pretty sure the parking lights just get power to their power wires when its switched, but the turn signal confuses me.
Correct.

The parking lights just have +12V and ground.

camry 95 hydraulic front motor mount?

camry 95 hydraulic front motor mount?
Ratko: you seem to understand the gen 3 motor mounts. My camry 95 2.2 L automatic has a vibration when engaged in P, R or D. I took it to a garage and they did a test: step on the gas while on D. The engine moved backward about 1 -1.5 in and they diagnosed a bad motor mount. I read in one of your post that the engine should move no more than an inche but, the test that you suggested in your post is done in P.

Olso, the front mount in this car is an hydaulic one or its made of rubber like the dog-bone mount?
many thanks
