well u may have had a bad hub....that happened to me..i got a shop to replace the bearing but they said the smoothed out the hub...3 months later it vibrated like crazy

really i dont think they did....your better off getting a whole knucle ass... from a junk yard..just make sure it has no play in it

thats what i did for my 93 camry...replaced both knuckles..(got almost new balljoints with em too...car only had 109k miles)...my celica i had to get bearings installed cause i have 4 lug hubs on my car...all the ones i find are 5 lug

yeah originally i purchased a new knuckle from the only junkyard from around here, the bearing had no play but was a little stiff, so i had it replaced, 2 months later, mine shit the bed and i'm left without a car, or is it ok to drive it like this?, i want to try to find a new oem knuckle if its not too expensive, kuz the new bearing is 50 and a shop charge is like 108 dollars, i'm going to go up to my mechanic and ask him about it tomorroa after work

I had a wheel bearing (front drivers side) go bad on my gen 2.

I tried everything to get the bearing out. Even heated it with a torch and beat on it with a bfh (big f**king hammer) and it wouldn't come out.

Said f**k it and replaced the entire knuckle with a used one from TAP Recycling. Been fine ever since.

www.taprecycling.com

I live about 25 mins away from them, so I just picked it up.

I think I paid $45 for it. I could of got it from Pick & Pull (next door to TAP Recycling) for $12, but I couldn't find one for my car.

Oh... I forgot to say that all their parts have a warranty. Ask about it when you call em.
