Oakenfold YEA!!!!! I am seeing his Perfecto Tour this Friday for the 4th or 5th year in a row. He rocks!!! And of course mad props on the interior. Love the screen and game systems!!!
Veeeeeeeery nice! Anyway you can hook up your car's steering wheel so you can play Need for Speed without having to go buy one of those lame videogame steering wheels?:p
Since I also plan to eventually put my PS2 in my Camry, I have a question for you. During hot days, how can I keep my PS2 from being damaged by the heat? It is afterall in the car.

It's not what car you have, it's what you do with it that matters.
Packing your lunch in a paper bag-$5.00
Eating your lunch you bought on an airplane-$50.00
Losing your lunch from the airplane's cuisine, but not having a paper bag-Priceless
For everything else, there's paper bags!

uh...i live in north dakota....we don't have hot days :P
but seriously......i dun think there would be that much of a problem with it anyway....since other people install them i don't think there will be a problem.
i did find it entertaining that my GF was playing GT3 on the ps2 for a while......then switched to tony hawk 3 on the gamecube!
Nice Alex! Looks great man! You got the same air-spencer as me, they smell awesome don't they! I always buy that one "soda-something or 'nother with melon" I gots the same interior as you also! DUH! Ha ha... You set up looks great though! Man you are tottin' some mad stuff in that car of yours! Remind me, what type of alarm do you have again?
IT would have to be mounted in the trunk. It's the only place the massive thing would fit
So alex, how are you powering your stuff? Inverter?
yea.....under the drivers seat is the brain for the head unit.......an inverter......and that box thing that is on the cord for the gamecube..........i think its like a converter to change the ac to DC....so for the gamecube i'm actually coverting to AC then back to DC lol
then as you can tell the ps2 is under the seats
and obviously everything is hidden.....such as wires and stuff

yea, so is my PS2. Under the passenger seat, with A/V wires running up through the center console to the A/V amplifier (since I'm splittign to 3 LCD's) and to power runs under the center console to under the drivers seat where the inverter is. Use it to power the A/V amp and the PS2. didn't want to buy a 2nd PS2 though, so I just went out and bought a second set of power and A/V cables for the PS2, hooked them up to the A/V amp, and leave them under the passenger seat. If I want to use the PS2, I disconnect it in the house, and hook it up in the car.
I am having a problems though, and would like to know if you have heard this as well. I've noticed that I get a high frequency hum that matches the RPM rev of the engine coming through the speakers. As I rev the engine, the hum's pitch increases accordingly. Every so often, if I hit a big bump, it gets really loud to the point where we can't watch anythign cause it will give you a headache. I have a ground loop isolator inline, but it's not helping.
I think it has to do with two things. One, the inverter is hooked up to the battery, and I'm pretty sure the hum is coming from the alternator. Also, I'm currently using an FM modulator, since the OEM headunit in my gen5 does not have any aux inputs. I'm pretty sure that the FM modulator is what is picking up the noise and transmitting it to the HU when it brodcasts the signal at 88.5FM. Do you know anything about this? How is your sound hooked up? I currently think the only solution to this is to get a headunit with aux input and just ditch the FM modulator.
