need Rim/Tire help

ok I need some rims and tires. I havee a gen 2 camry and want some 17's. what size width rims should i get? 7.5?

how does this affect driving and all?

these are the rims i currently am looking at:
Voxx Rave 17"

would anyone who is good in photshop be willing to chop these rims on for me? Sarge? thanks....

Also what would be a good looking tire with a lower profile? Any good brands? I only have rain down here in florida so no snow.

this is my daily driver for the next year so keep that in mind.

Would i experience any rubbing or dificuties with these rims? My car isnt lowered but plan on doing that after i get another car because as a daily driver the roads here will tear myt car up. Would i dont want problems after i lower either. im gonna do a tokico/ intrax suispension.

Thanks guys!

Luke

205/45-17

I've had Toyo Proxes T1 and Nitto NT-505 on my gen 2. IMO Toyo is good and Nitto's suck.

I've been hearing alot about the Yokohama AVS ES-100's. Might want to check those out.

You shouldn't, but that depends on the offset and how much you lower the car.

Good choice. I got the same setup.

pretty good deal on that website right now for the free shipping. That's $100 you don't have to pay. Think I might take a look around.

got the rim pic but no car pic. Won't let remote linking. You are gonna have to save the image on your comp and then upload it to a post.

Here is what I'm looking at getting: Konig Septor

The other pic was too small. This one worked well though.

What size wheels are you getting? 17x7 or 17x7.5?

With 17x7 (wheel) I would go with a 205/45/17 (tire).

With 17x7.5 go with 215/40/17 or 225/40/17.

I'm not sure if a 225/40/17 will fit on a gen 2 or not.

i got 17x7 with 205/45/r17 rubber and my car is lowered about 2 inches. scuffs at full lock, but the 17s look huge in a gen 2 wheel arch.
