Why do you have a 1/2" drive 24" breaker bar if you have no sockets to go with it? Beat down stick?
As far as sockets and wrenches the only sizes you'll need for general repair and service are (sizes in mm): 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, and 19 or 21 IIRC. I can't remember if the lug nuts are 19mm or 21mm. You also might want a 10mm hex key that fits on your 3/8" ratchet to remove the transmission drain plug.
Pretty sure you won't be using any wrench over 17mm very often. I've only used a 17mm to remove the fill plug on the transmission fill plug.
Are you keeping these things in your car? If so, you might want to consider a headlamp instead/in addition to your D cell flashlight. The headlamp will free your hands to work and put the light where you need it.
What do you want medical gloves for? If you want to keep your hands clean don't get medical gloves, they'll probably get snagged and tear on tools or engine parts. They make nitrile mechanics gloves if you don't want Mechanix, or similar, work gloves.
Your water pump runs off the timing belt.
Brake and transmission fluid could be useful too if you get low on those. Coolant and water? Is the water for drinking? If not, probably you can just mix them in one container.
A blanket, MRE, and drinking water might be useful if you get stuck somewhere.

Hah, bad experience with a auto repair shop. They overtorqued the lug nuts badly. So much so that when I took it to Wally Worlde for tire balancing, they couldn't remove it with their super torque gun. Took me about 2 days to find the right breaker bar and a socket, and I carry both everywhere ever since. The best fit I got is from 13/16" 1/2" deep socket if I recall correctly (There is a thread on that, theoretically it should be 19mm)
PLUS, the breaker bar is generally much easier to use than the little short tool that comes with the vehicle. Even the shorter 18" breaker bar is a good idea.
The LED headlamp is a mighty good idea and comes in super handy when working on a car. I use it everywhere actually but don't actually carry it with me on a regular basis - for that, I carry a 2D LED light. I am also careful to remove the batteries and store them separately, as hot/cold weather will eventually make the batteries leak and ruin the light (Ask me how I know)

Yeah, the water is for generic purpose. Drink it, windshield washer, and mix with coolant, etc.

I carry a huge blanket to lay on in case there is an emergency repair, or other reasons. A MRE is another possibility for extended trips.
