BOSAL HEADER - Is it any good?

Hey guys, I'm really interested in getting the Bosal header for my '92 four-cylinder. I'm sure that some of you have this header, and I'd like to know what you think of it. How easy was the install? How much of a difference in power did you notice? Also, how does it sound? I want to make sure that this is a quality product, as it isn't cheap... where is the best place to buy them? Nopi wants like $485, which is too damn much! Thanks.

On this forum, at least Shook, Camry3000, and I have this header. I can't speak for him, but I find good gains at the top end.

i got the same header its pretty good but the loss in low end on mine is a result of a big pipe from the cat back making a highflow system in the car... not a lot of low end loss though.. once i hit 3k rpm in second gear im off!! so its not a bad investment...

oh yeah i got mine off of ebay and the total was about 125 plus shippin in U$ if u get lucky go and see if u can bid for one... good luck dude..

i need to know if anyone has ever installed the bosal header for a gen 3 to a gen2 3sfe since they look quite similar in design im curious about the bolt patterns ... thnx for ur help....

anything is better than the stock manifold! try racesearch, under $400.

love my brosal system !! with 3inch pipes we noticed minor low end loss but great high end and very nice sound ;D
