door dent.

ok guys, as you may/may not know, since the first week that i picked up my car, i have had a small dent on the driver side door that took a little paint off. (stupid people and their doors).
so, i took it to dent doctor today and i was quoted $125CDN. it's really really small but i guess it's just the time that it takes to get in there to fix it. if i have time, i will take a pic and show you all. in any case, does any one have the 03 camry's service manual? if so i would just like detailed steps as to how i can take apart my drivers side door properly and pop the dent out.

i also want to use some touch up paint on the scratched spot but i tried it today and the colour from the paint stick did not really match the colour of my car, and i am sure that i got the right paint stick, any methods on how to do this properly too?

for really small things you can buy tubes of body filler, its premixed

those sticks suck, i prefer spray+clearcoat, but if its right in the middle of a panel it'll show anyways, pain in the ass though
