Will i need to grind away anything installing my pioneer 6x9s in my 96 camry or will they just pop right in??

cut the opening bigger or create your own custom speaker mounts. search for other threads that hav discussed this topic.

actually i got them professionally installed but i asked the company and they sdaid they fit in just fine without any type of modifications

hmmm... i'd open it up just to be sure. the Toyota stock speaker opening is not a standard size for aftermarket speakers.

My old Pioneer's 6x9s just dropped in as well...but you'll have to create new screw holes and that's about it.

My friend and I installed some 6x9's (Pioneer) in his 94 Camry and they dropped right in. The rear deck is not flat so theres some gaps, but some 3/8" weatherstripping took care of that.
